The driving forces in the pasticceria are Andrea Manna and Antonio Giotta both growing up with an interest in pastry from a young age. 

Andrea is a charismatic pastry chef from Trentino Alto Adice in the North of Italy. The region is famous for the Dolomites, some of the best ski slopes in the world. He studied at, ‘Hangar 78’ in the city of Padova. His focus and passion is the modern style of Italian desserts and cakes. Andrea sees beauty and articulates it in his work.

Antonio, is a genuine pastry chef from Southern Italy, the region of Puglia. The region is known for its beautiful waters and traditional style of food. Antonio is dedicated to the classic style of Italian pastries. He loves to create panettone and colomba, a process called lievitati. Antonio is a talented pastry chef who is also fluent in cake design.
